If the aircraft is delayed, the pick-up time moves with it automatically and there is no waiting charge — you do not need to warn anybody, and you should not rebook. The driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, after passport control and baggage reclaim. If you cannot find him, his number is in your confirmation.
